The root problem is not being addressed.
Most diets only address the superficial issue. The issue is not your weight. It is not how many carbs you eat and it’s not even your lack of willpower. Those are all symptoms. The yo-yo dieting is a symptom.
The real problem is that you are working against your nature. We recoil at the thought of a diet. We don’t want to be told what to do. Even if we know it’s good for us. We don't have unlimited willpower. As a matter of fact, willpower is quite fragile for most of us.
What does work is to understand your human nature and your personal nature and to work with it. When you can align with your nature everything becomes so much easier and simpler.

The program is 3 months. Our regular program is 6 months but you are someone that can do with a shorter program.
You can think of the program as having 4 components.
1. Online videos, resources, meal plans, and recipes that you follow on a weekly basis.
2. Regular live coaching sessions with your coach.
3. Your participation in following the program, including entering your food intake and other information into a dietary app. This information is checked on a weekly basis by your coach.
4. Monthly "Mindset Mastery" group sessions with Jill Cruz, MS, CNS
We do not adhere to any particular dietary plans. We believe very strongly that you should follow the unique eating style that works best for you. We encourage you to pay attention to what you are eating and how it affects your body. Over time you will become an expert in you, and your "diet" will be as unique as you are.
We do encourage the consumption of whole foods as much as possible and we will help you determine the best macronutrient needs for your body (protein, fat, and carbohydrates). Our primary concern is that you eat a diet that is safe and enhances your health and we also want you to reach your weight loss goals, so we will make sure your eating style does both.
We aim to make this process as cost-effective as possible for you. We do not believe in adding a bunch of fancy supplements or gadgets to the process and we are very cognizant that you may have spent a lot of money in the past on products that simply did not work.
In the program, we emphasize high-quality whole foods as much as possible so you will not be asked to buy prepared foods, bars, powders meal plans, etc. We do believe that a good multi-vitamin is appropriate for most people so we may recommend that. Also, if we feel that moving forward with your health and weight goals is contingent upon other supplements or therapies we will recommend those.
Yes! You will have access to 3 different meal plans that are professionally designed and easy to prepare.

You will also get SIRT Food recipes and meal plans. These are high-powered "Super Foods" that you will be introduced to in the program.
In addition, your coach has access to over 1500 professional recipes so if you need recipes specific for you, just ask. For example, if you have an egg allergy and you need some good breakfast ideas, your coach will provide them. Or let's say you don't like fish, just ask your coach for more recipes that exclude fish. We want to make this process as easy as possible for you.
We do not claim to be fitness professionals but we work with a high-level fitness consultant so you will have access to professional information and resources.
We will teach you how to train in the most effective and efficient way possible for your specific needs.
You will learn about "heart-rate training" and the difference between cardio, strength training, and "just being active" and why you need all three. If appropriate, you will be given some fitness programs and/or exercises.
But please keep in mind that your safety and health is our primary concern so we will adjust based on your needs. And if you have an injury we will give you some guidance on how to address that or we may recommend you see a professional.
No, we do not. Most insurance policies do not cover nutrition or health coach services. However, some have reimbursement plans for healthy living choices. We recommend that you check with your insurance company to see if they provide that service.
